We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales efforts within the construction, paints, and FMCG sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing effective sales strategies, managing distribution and retail channels, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders including contractors, architects, paint shops, construction firms, and FMCG retailers. This role demands a proactive mindset to uncover new business opportunities, stay ahead of market trends, and ensure consistent product availability and promotion throughout the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement area sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Oversee distribution and retail channels within the designated region.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with contractors, architects, paint shops, construction firms, and FMCG retailers.
- Identify new business prospects and onboard clients to expand market share.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness.
- Lead, train, and motivate sales representatives to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure product visibility and availability in the market.
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery and effective brand promotion.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports, providing valuable market insights to management.

Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of sales experience in the construction, paints, or FMCG industries.
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of local market dynamics and distribution networks.
- Proven capability to lead and manage a small sales team effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working directly with paint dealers, construction contractors, or retail clients.
- Knowledge of local distributor and dealer networks.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory to support sales initiatives.
- This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive monthly salary in the range of Rs100,000 to Rs120,000.
