Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review all required export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other shipping documents.
Ensure all documents comply with international trade laws and regulations.
Coordinate with production, warehousing, and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers for shipment booking and clearance.
Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records and archives of all export documentation.
Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to shipments or documentation.
Ensure compliance with destination country import/export regulations and any specific client requirements.
Support audits and inspections by providing necessary export records.
