We are seeking a Chemical Engineer as a Lab Chemist for our SEPA-approved environmental laboratory. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory analysis of environmental samples, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining lab equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform chemical and physical analysis of air, water, wastewater, and soil samples.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments (e.g., spectrophotometer, AAS, pH meter, etc.).
- Follow SEPA-approved testing protocols and quality control procedures.
- Prepare test reports and document findings accurately.
- Assist in calibration and maintenance of lab equipment.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 17025 laboratory standards.
- Support environmental monitoring teams with sample processing and analysis.
