We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager Accounts to join our Accounts & Finance Department in Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing bookkeeping activities with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role involves close collaboration with multiple departments, coordination with external auditors, and handling daily accounting operations while meeting strict deadlines. Strong communication within the Finance team is crucial to ensure smooth workflow and successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records to support financial integrity.
- Manage accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R), ensuring timely and accurate recording of payments to suppliers and service providers.
- Prepare and issue customer invoices promptly to facilitate efficient cash flow.
- Generate detailed reports on debt recovery and aging to monitor and manage outstanding balances effectively.
- Perform daily routine tasks including data entry and reconciliation with suppliers, customers, banks, and inter-group companies to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data.
Required Qualifications:
- ACCA (F) / ACMA (F) or MBA qualification is mandatory.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar accounting role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data accurately.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate effectively across teams.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications is essential.
This is a full-time, in-person position based in Lahore. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs130,000. Employment options include both full-time and contract arrangements. The expected start date for this position is July 5, 2025.
