We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and contribute significantly to business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing a high-performing sales team, and nurturing strong relationships with corporate clients. This role demands a proactive leader with excellent communication skills and a proven history of success in corporate sales environments.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Leadership:
Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed corporate sales targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve both individual and team objectives. Work closely with senior management to ensure alignment of sales plans with the company’s broader business goals.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Identify new business opportunities within the corporate sector and actively pursue them. Build and maintain enduring relationships with key corporate clients by understanding their unique needs and delivering customized solutions. Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase products and services, while effectively addressing any concerns.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and develop a skilled corporate sales team. Establish clear performance targets, conduct frequent performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to encourage continuous improvement. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment focused on achieving sales excellence.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Analyze sales data and prepare detailed reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and recommending areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is mandatory. Candidates must have at least three years of proven experience in corporate sales, with a consistent record of meeting or surpassing sales targets. Strong leadership and team management capabilities are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset to interpret sales data and market trends effectively. A results-oriented approach with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals is critical. Additionally, candidates must have their own bike for commuting purposes.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
We offer a competitive remuneration package that includes a base salary plus commission and benefits. Additional allowances include a fuel allowance up to Rs 15,000 and a communication allowance of Rs 2,000. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the tracker industry.
