We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager HR to support the HR team in managing and developing HR strategies, policies, and procedures. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, with expertise in recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Talent Management:

  • Support recruitment efforts, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination
  • Assist in talent management initiatives, including performance management, training, and development programs

2. Employee Relations:

  • Foster positive employee relations, addressing employee concerns and resolving issues
  • Collaborate with management to resolve conflicts and improve employee engagement

3. Benefits Administration:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Communicate benefits information to employees and management

4. HR Policies and Procedures:

  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies

5. HR Operations:

  • Assist in managing HR operations, including record-keeping, reporting, and analytics
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality

Requirements:

1. Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI) preferred

2. Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant manager role

3. Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

4. Certifications:

  • SHRM-CP, HRCI, or other HR certifications are desirable
