Q Real Estate, a growing property development and marketing firm based in Lake City, Lahore, is looking for a competent Assistant MEP Engineer with a solid electrical background to join our site operations team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional eager to contribute to high-quality construction projects by overseeing the execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works, with a special focus on electrical installations. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising and executing MEP works on construction sites, ensuring all activities align with project requirements.
- Take primary responsibility for electrical installations, including conducting testing and troubleshooting to maintain system reliability.
- Collaborate closely with contractors and site personnel to ensure timely completion of tasks while upholding quality standards.
- Support the review and interpretation of drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and maintain accurate documentation to facilitate effective project tracking and communication.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), or a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or MEP Engineering.
- Between 2 to 4 years of hands-on site experience, preferably in construction or real estate development environments.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, including load management and installation techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and effectively address challenges encountered on-site.

Job Details:
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Salary Range: Rs50,000 to Rs65,000 per month
- Location: On-site at project locations in Lahore
