Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions where needed.
- Manage inventory, supply chain operations, and logistics to ensure the timely availability of resources.
- Analyze operational data and generate reports for senior management to assist in decision-making. Assist in developing and executing operational strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Provide support in project management and process optimization initiatives. Handle vendor relations and coordinate with external partners for operational needs.
Qualifications:
- MBA in General Management or Supply Chain.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in operations or supply chain management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with operational tools and ERP systems is a plus.
