Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential locations for telecom infrastructure (towers, rooftops, ground-based sites).
- Conduct feasibility studies (technical, financial, legal).
- Negotiate leases, rental terms, and rights-of-way with property owners and stakeholders.
- Manage contracts, including renewals and amendments.
- Coordinate with municipalities and government agencies for permits and approvals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, legal, project management) for smooth execution.
- Ensure compliance with zoning laws, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Maintain detailed records of site acquisition activities and agreements.
- Monitor telecom trends (e.g., 5G, small-cell deployment) for network optimization.
- Perform market research to identify high-demand areas and assess site suitability.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- 2+ years of experience in site acquisition (telecom experience preferred)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Understanding of real estate, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in site management tools and reporting
