Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Collect feedback from customers, analyze customer data to identify best practices, and improve customer experience.
2. Issue Resolution
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including support, service, and management, to improve the customer service experience.
3. Sales and Marketing Support
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify growth opportunities within existing customer bases.
- Help marketing teams in planning and executing customer engagement strategies.
