We are seeking a seasoned Software Development Manager with extensive experience in C++ development to lead and manage our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional technical expertise, proven leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of software development processes.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of developers, fostering growth and collaboration.
Client Interaction: Handle client communication, understand project requirements, and ensure timely delivery.
Development Expertise: Provide hands-on support in C++ development, focusing on complex problem-solving, optimization, and design.
Technical Leadership: Oversee the design, architecture, and development of projects involving databases, data structures, and multithreading.
Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor project progress to ensure alignment with goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 8+ years in C++ development, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in C++.
Expertise in databases, data structures, and multithreading.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
