We are looking for a Visual Artist / Graphic Designer.
We are seeking a true creative person who will be part of the visual creative product design team
What We’re Looking For:
A creative visionary who can:
- Understand our brand tone (mystical, natural, premium, healing energy)
- Translate our verbal ideas into powerful visuals
- Build a strong, unique brand identity that stands out in the global wellness market
- Use AI design tools and platforms (Midjourney, Photoshop AI, Figma, Canva Pro, etc.)
- Create content that sells, educates, and emotionally connects
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Theme Development
- Create a consistent brand identity (color palette, fonts, visual language)
- Design brand guidelines, packaging visual elements, and aesthetic direction
Product & Promotional Design
- Design product labels, digital packaging assets, mockups, brochures
- Collaborate with content & marketing teams for campaign visuals
Social Media Design
- Design scroll-stopping creatives for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube & Meta ads
- Visual storytelling via carousels, static posts, and reels thumbnails
Illustration & Visual Art
- Create high-concept visual illustrations that reflect wellness, nature & masculine energy
- Infographics for educational content on Shilajit & natural energy
AI-Powered Creative Execution
- Use AI tools for speed, precision, and concept ideation (Midjourney, DALL·E, etc.)
- Visualize product lifestyle scenes and brand narrative using modern tools
Brochures & Print Collateral
Design printable PDF brochures, pitch decks, and marketing kits
Collaboration & Input
- Work closely with the Founder, Content Strategist, and Influencer Team
- Attend creative huddles (once or twice weekly) to brainstorm new concepts
Tools You Should Know (Not All Mandatory but Preferred):
- Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- Midjourney / DALL·E / Photoshop Generative Fill
- Figma / Canva Pro / Notion
- Premiere Pro (Bonus)
- 3D Tools (Blender, Dimension – Bonus)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in branding or high-end creative design
- A killer portfolio (mandatory) – especially branding, visual storytelling, and packaging
- Deep understanding of color psychology, layout, and composition
- Fluent in AI-powered design workflows
- Strong visual sense for health, wellness, luxury, and masculine nature-based brands
- Self-driven, visionary, detail-oriented
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with wellness, health, or luxury brands
- Interest in the natural energy, herbal, or fitness space
- Copywriting skills (for basic taglines, text layout)
