Qualifications:

Master's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, with a track record of successful project delivery.
Strong leadership and team management skills.

Project Leadership:

Lead and manage the project team, providing direction, motivation, and support.
Develop and implement project plans, strategies, and goals to achieve project objectives.

Hospitality:

Ensure hospitality for visitors. Taking care of all the requirements in this regard.

Wellbeing of the Animals:

Ensure the well-being of the animals, their food, health, and checkups. Taking care of newborns.
Quarantine tactics for infected or hostile animals.
Ensure a healthy habitat.
Strick inspection of animal feed.

Project Planning and Execution:

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Monitor and control project progress, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

Quality Assurance:

Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
Conduct regular reviews and audits, identifying areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.

Budget and Financial Management:

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial accountability.
Monitor project expenses, identifying and addressing any variances.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Monitor team performance, providing coaching and support to ensure high productivity and morale.
