We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant / Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in MS Excel and a good understanding of accounting procedures and banking documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records using MS Excel with advanced spreadsheet functions.
- Use other MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, etc.) for documentation and communication.
- Operate and update records in ERP Accounting Software (experience with SAP).
- Prepare and manage bank-related documentation, including:
- Filling of cheques, deposit slips, and pay orders.
- Drafting and submitting bank letters.
- Maintaining professional relationships with banking staff and ensuring smooth communication.
- Assist with general accounting tasks and support the finance department as required.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data management.
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Experience using ERP accounting systems.
- Familiarity with banking documentation and procedures.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
