We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with 10 years of proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial information and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Ensure compliance with local tax laws and international accounting standards.
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
Lead month-end and year-end closing activities.
Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends or discrepancies.
Collaborate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation.
Implement internal controls and financial policies to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
Support financial forecasting and planning initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA is a plus).
Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
