As a Product Manager at Bdjobs.com Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and vision for our products. Your expertise in product strategy, agile methodologies, and user experience design will be essential as you develop comprehensive roadmaps that guide the product lifecycle from inception to launch. You will utilize market analysis and A/B testing to inform decision-making and optimize product features, enhancing user engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement product strategies that align with the company's business goals and objectives.
Lead and mentor a team of 10 product development specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Create and manage product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and objectives.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform product enhancements.
Utilize agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, to enhance team efficiency and streamline product development processes.
Design and oversee A/B testing and other user research initiatives to gather feedback and insights for product optimization.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of product initiatives.
Facilitate regular meetings and workshops to align stakeholders on product vision, updates, and strategic direction.
Conduct SWOT analysis to evaluate product performance against competitors and identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare and present performance reports and product proposals to senior management, demonstrating product impact and future opportunities.
