Job Summary:

Responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of superstore accounts (e.g., big-box retailers, supermarkets, other marts, gift shops, and flower shops) in a specific geographic area
Achieve sales targets and expand market share through effective relationship-building and sales strategies
Develop and maintain strong relationships with superstore customers, store managers, and internal stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of superstore accounts
Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with superstore customers, store managers, and internal stakeholders
Negotiate and manage distribution agreements
Manage inventory and logistics
Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales) to align strategies and initiatives

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in sales, distribution, or a related field
Strong knowledge of the retail industry and superstore operations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in software applications (e.g., CRM, sales analytics)

Working Conditions:

Frequent travel within the designated geographic area
Regular meetings with superstore customers, store managers, and internal stakeholders
