Accounts Officer

We are currently seeking a diligent Account Officer to join our team in Lahore. This role is essential for maintaining our company's financial health and integrity. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing our financial records and bookkeeping with precision and professionalism.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
A minimum of one year of professional experience in accounting role.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately record and report financial transactions, and assess financial performance and cash flow.
Perform regular bank reconciliations and manage all aspects of the cash book.
Liaise with vendors regarding payment schedules, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Ensure the timely execution of general payments and maintain up-to-date records of all transactions.
Monitor budgets and expenses to contribute to financial efficiency.
Process invoices and conduct banking transactions with due diligence.
