We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Property Sale and Rental Manager Female to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in managing commercial property transactions, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sale, leasing, and rental of commercial properties, ensuring smooth transactions from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants.
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine competitive pricing and rental rates.
- Handle property listings, marketing campaigns, and client inquiries.
- Coordinate property showings and inspections for potential buyers and tenants.
- Negotiate and close property sales, leases, and rental agreements.
- Prepare contracts, lease agreements, and other related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local property laws and regulations.
- Provide regular updates and reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and market trends.
- Collaborate with the legal and finance teams for smooth transaction processing.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in commercial property sales and rentals.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional networks.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
