Senior Social Media Manager

We are seeking an experienced social media manager to join our growing team. As a social media manager, you will be responsible for developing and implement effective social media strategies for our real estate projects. We are looking for someone with a marketing agency background who is comfortable working with Real Estate industry.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective social media strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to understand projects and develop social media plans to achieve their goals
Develop and manage social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Analyze social media data to optimize campaigns and report on campaign performance
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure always ahead of the curve
Post scheduling & uploading
Stories Uploading on daily basis
Replying Clients Messages and Comments
Making Videos of different Services (with the help of designer)
Creating content on daily basis (with the help of designer)
Come up with new ideas for videos and campaigns on regular basis (with the help of designer)
Competitive Analysis
You might also be assigned tasks as required for any upcoming event

Requirements:

Masters degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
5+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a marketing agency setting
Proven experience leading a team of social media specialists
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer
Experience with social media advertising is a plus
