We are looking for a motivated female candidate to join our Faisalabad office as a Biotech Research Lead. This full-time position is suitable for fresh graduates or professionals with up to one year of experience who are enthusiastic about developing advanced research skills in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. The role provides an excellent opportunity to gain valuable exposure to international markets by working closely with clients from the US and Europe. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct independent, advanced-level market research focused on the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors in the US and Europe. Develop and write engaging content, including blogs related to healthcare and pharmaceuticals. Maintain professional communication with European and American clients through email and LinkedIn. Analyze market trends and data within the life sciences industry to support business development initiatives. Utilize online resources and internet tools for research, demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Excel to organize and present findings effectively. Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to confidently converse and persuade clients. Show a proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a dynamic research environment.

Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is essential. Candidates must have advanced proficiency in spoken and written English. Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct independent research are required. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with confidence in client interactions, are necessary. Familiarity with the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors is important. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and internet research tools is expected.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience or a keen interest in the biotech and life sciences industry will be considered an advantage. The role offers the chance to work in a collaborative office environment with direct exposure to international markets. A competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs35,000 to Rs45,000 is offered. The expected start date for this position is July 15, 2025.
