Bisma&co is seeking a passionate and driven Sales Person to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will leverage strong communication skills, exceptional customer service, and active listening to foster relationships with clients and drive sales growth. Understanding the nuances of sales processes and customer needs is essential for success in this role. This position not only focuses on individual performance but also involves managing a dedicated team of 20 individuals, guiding them to achieve collective goals and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. The Sales Person will be a critical contributor to the overall success of the company, playing a key role in developing strategies that excite our offerings and capture the interest of new and existing customers.


Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team of 20 sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and motivating environment to reach team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals, focusing on customer engagement and relationship building.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service, ensuring their needs are understood and met with tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Train and mentor team members, enhancing their sales skills and product knowledge to improve overall team performance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide them with the best possible solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Monitor team and individual performance metrics, providing regular feedback to ensure goals are met and areas for improvement are identified.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales performance to upper management, highlighting successes and potential areas of growth.
  • Utilize active listening skills to address client concerns and objections, ensuring a positive sales experience.
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote the company's products and services, increasing company visibility and brand awareness.
