We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving primary and secondary sales, expanding Market Segments, managing retailers and relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets within a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Channels of intermediaries.
Execute the sales and Market segment plan in line with company objectives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
Conduct regular market visits to ensure availability, visibility, and freshness of products.
Manage Market Territories performance including inventory levels, claims, payments, and ROI.
Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics team to ensure timely product availability.
Implement merchandising and promotional programs at the point of sale.
Provide daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts to management.
Ensure proper execution of trade schemes and compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of field sales experience in Food supply businesses or FMCG consumer products.
Strong knowledge of local geography and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.

Bite bread have its own supply chain network covering the markets of lower Punjab and Sindh (approx. 600km range). Bite bread operating three ware houses right now (Jacobabad, Ahmad-pur, khanpur). We are delivering 35 to 40 baking products range through spot-selling in the retail markets, in which we not only have to ensure the quality of a product but also the daily services of our product deliverance. It’s a continuous (day-by-day) process of handling a supply & demand mechanism in which deliverance of a quality product, regular services and exchange of claims (wastage, expiration of a product) is compulsory. Most of our products are short shelf-life due to which their traceability and tracking must be efficient enough to fulfill the consumers demand.
