Ensures compliance with safety standards, prepares maintenance checklists, and submits service reports to meet contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and submit a preventive maintenance schedule and checklist for client approval before work begins.
  • Ensure all personnel adhere to occupational health and safety rules, including use of PPE (e.g., gloves, hearing protection, eye protection) and compliance with SDS sheets.
  • Prepare and submit signed checklists after each maintenance visit, including photographic documentation of system conditions.
  • Maintain operation and maintenance (O&M) binders from manufacturers, ensuring accessibility to facility personnel.
  • Coordinate training on safety procedures and document personnel certifications.
  • Provide 3-5 customer references of similar scope of work along with contact details.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Technical Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in safety compliance or technical documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with OSHA, SHEM, and NFPA standards.
  • Proficiency in documentation software and report preparation.
  • Occupational health and safety training certification.
