BlackTech Inc. is actively seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team of 12 individuals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities and possess strong communication skills to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders. This role involves the utilization of strategic planning and sales forecasting to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that align with our company's objectives. The position also requires a deep understanding of customer relationship management and the ability to analyze market trends to inform business decisions.
Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a sales team of 12 professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance market share.
  • Utilize sales forecasting techniques to anticipate future sales trends and prepare the team for upcoming opportunities.
  • Engage with potential and existing customers to build strong relationships and ensure satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance and effectiveness.
  • Analyze sales metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and inform strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with overall company objectives.
  • Facilitate training and development programs for team members to enhance their skills in negotiation and customer relationship management.
  • Utilize CRM tools and software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Lead negotiation efforts for high-value contracts, ensuring favorable terms that support business objectives.
  • Continuously seek out innovative solutions to overcome challenges and drive sales performance.
