- Must have QuickBooks Online and Xero knowledge and must understand the Canadian tax structure.
- Data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Reconcile invoices and identify inconsistencies.
- Create and update expense reports.
- Prepare bank deposits.
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases.
- Check spreadsheets for accuracy.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable through QuickBooks.
- Perform weekly and daily reporting.
- Generate monthly reports.
- Review and approve timesheets.
- Support the Accounts Manager with payroll.
- Demonstrate professionalism and organization skills.
- Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions.
- Exhibit high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Working Hours: 8pm to 4 am
