As a Dermatologist at Blink Bees , you will be responsible for conducting virtual and on-site skin consultations , advising customers on skincare routines, and collaborating with our R&D Lab to enhance existing products and develop new, effective formulations. You will act as both a medical advisor and brand ambassador , ensuring that our customers receive expert guidance while contributing to product innovation based on real-world feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct on-site and virtual skin consultations for customers.
● Provide personalized skincare recommendations based on individual needs.
● Answer customer queries via phone, chat, or video call in a professional and timely manner.
● Collaborate with the R&D and product development team to improve current
products and create new ones.
● Stay updated on skincare trends, ingredients, and technologies.
● Participate in internal training and contribute to educational content for customers and sales teams.
● Represent Blink Bees in public engagements, campaigns, or awareness sessions when needed.
Candidate Requirements:
● MBBS with FCPS/MD in Dermatology or equivalent qualification.
● Valid PMDC (now NMC) registration.
● Minimum 1–2 years of post-qualification experience (preferably in clinical or cosmetic dermatology).
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Urdu.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment .
● Open to hybrid work model (onsite + virtual consultations).
● Passionate about skincare, beauty, and wellness.
