We're seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead and manage all internal HR operations from our Lahore office. This is a hands-on, full-time onsite role, responsible for managing internal employees, enforcing discipline, shaping company culture, and ensuring all HR functions are efficiently handled.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, retention, performance reviews, and exit processes.
Define clear job roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines across all departments.
Conduct weekly performance checks and coordinate feedback with team leads.
Build and maintain a company-wide hierarchy with clear organizational structure.
Draft and implement HR policies (attendance, leave, behavior, payroll, etc.).
Oversee hiring, interviews, offer letters, probation evaluations, and terminations.
Maintain accurate records of salaries, bonuses, holidays, and attendance.
Manage internal teams’ coordination, conflicts, and well-being.
Work closely with remote global teams (Germany, UAE, India, etc.) to align HR standards.
Handle sensitive employee matters professionally and confidentially.
Requirements
5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of HR practices in Pakistan.
Experience in creating HR policies, workflows, and organizational structures.
Comfortable with hiring, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong command of English.
Highly organized, discreet, and self-motivated.
