Are you a dynamic and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? We are currently seeking both male and female candidates to join our team as Vendor Onboarding Specialists. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers and experienced professionals alike to be a part of our growing organization.

Responsibilities:

Vendor Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
Documentation: Collect and review necessary documentation from vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Communication: Maintain effective communication with vendors to address inquiries, provide information, and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
Data Entry: Accurately enter and update vendor information in the system, maintaining a well-organized and up-to-date database.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate the onboarding process and resolve any issues that may arise.
Training: Provide necessary training and guidance to vendors on our processes, policies, and systems.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve onboarding issues promptly to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

Qualifications:

Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using various online platforms.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
