- Provide accurate information and troubleshooting steps.
- Document interactions and collaborate with other teams when needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with live chat software.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Working Conditions:
- Remote, full-time/part-time, flexible shifts.
