British American Tobacco Mexico has an exciting opportunity for an Area Manager in Ciudad de M xico y Estado de M xico

Your key responsibilities will include:

Pursues volume target reach, focused on strategic portfolio.

Ensures availability of BAT strategic brands in the POS.
Communicates trade marketing initiatives to area employees, aligning objectives and scopes of initiatives into actionable tasks for the trade force.
Guarantees correct and on-time implementation of merchandising and promotion material at POS in accordance with the cycle plan and communication coverage plan.

Serves as negotiator with key customers and wholesalers.
Analyses statistical information to help on his/her decision making. (BO, Shipments, Nielsen)
Analyses information and market trends to find opportunity areas in trade marketing and propose action plans.

What are we looking for?

5 years of experience in TM&D on tobacco or similar FMCG categories
Minimum of two years in a similar role
Desired one year experience in personnel management and control
College graduated or bachelor s degree
Willingness to move nationwide
Advanced computer skills
Desirably English skills
