ROLE SUMMARY

BAT is looking for a Digital B2B Executive to support and execute B2B digital plans across key markets. If you have a strong understanding of digital operations, e-commerce, and data-driven decision-making, this role is for you!

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

B2B Digital Execution: Oversee and implement B2B Digital plan within platform and oversee activities within platform such as : E-commerce Sales Planning, Product Assortment Targeting, Promotion & Discounting, Loyalty Program Management, and Retailer Compliance Activities.
Platform & CRM Management: Support CRM setup, customer segmentation, journey planning, and content targeting.
Data & Reporting & Analysis: Ensure the accurate data and analysis such as customer insights, campaign effectiveness, web ordering tracking, promotion tracking, and compliance reports
Cross function & stakeholders management: Liaising with stakeholders for collaboration and ensure digital operation & execution requirements delivered.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

2-3 years of experience in B2B/B2C digital operations (B2B preferred).
Experience in e-commerce and digital marketing.
Strong understanding of digital platforms, CRM tools, and operational workflows (Adobe Commerce preferred).
Ability to analyse real-time data and generate insights (Proven analytics background/certification preferred).
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects across markets.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
