British American Tobacco Poland has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Data Analyst in Warsaw

As a Digital Data Analyst, you will perform research and analysis on our digital performance on our own channels.

Main focus on the analysis includes consumer and portfolio performance overviews.

The goal is to enhance brand awareness, attract more consumers to purchase via our own digital channels, to ensure increase in profitability and over-all portfolio performance.

The Digital analysts play a crucial role in leveraging data to drive effective digital marketing strategies which results in enhancing overall business performance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Regular performance reporting by transforming raw data into valuable information from BAU activities enabling the team to make critical business choices by:

Collecting, cleaning, and preparing data from various sources for statistical analysis.
Interpreting statistical insights to provide actionable recommendations.

Deep Dive performance reporting and transforming raw data into valuable information from ad hoc activities, only being driven occasionally (new launch, special promo offers, etc) enabling the team to make critical business choices, by:

Exploring, cleaning, and organizing data to tailor analysis for specific business questions.
Interpreting insights to provide actionable recommendations for future directions and improvements.

Present in monthly and weekly meetings the digital performance alongside the Area and digital communities for the respective country market, and:

Define meeting objectives, invite relevant key stakeholders, and address both unfinished and new business.
Guide discussions to involve everyone and reach clear, actionable decisions.

Annual Digital SLA KPIs forecast for respective end market while:

Use historical data and algorithms for forecasting, integrate market data, and assess risks to enhance accuracy.
Communicate forecasts effectively, monitor performance, and adjust strategies as needed.

Innovation, knowledge enhancement and improvement by challenging the status quo and:

Conceptualize and implement smarter reporting tools and dashboards, optimize data quality in Power BI & Salesforce, and improve BAT data strategy.
Enhance Power BI & Salesforce through briefings, testing, and approval, while continuously optimizing and communicating improvements.

What are we looking for?

At least 2 years of experience in data analytics
Very strong analytical and interpretation skills creativity to derive actions from data interpretation.
Very strong technical understanding and knowledge of analytics tools (PowerBI, Salesforce, Adobe Target, etc)
High pro-activity and communication skills to push projects forward with highest output and present in front of large audience.
Independent working, flexibility, resilience, prioritization & time management.
Ability to act on own initiative with a hands-on approach.
High motivation to challenge and change the status quo high pro-activity to push projects forward with highest output.
Fluent in English.
