We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive based in the twin cities to join our dynamic team. This is a remote, full-time position requiring availability during day shifts from Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM, with occasional travel to meet potential clients. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for commercial clients, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation through onboarding. Collaboration with marketing and design teams will be essential to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound leads generated through social media and marketing campaigns via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Proactively engage premium commercial prospects using cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and professional networks.
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers such as CEOs, Admin Heads, and Leasing or Project Managers in commercial properties.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for sales presentations.
- Oversee the company’s LinkedIn accounts and maintain updated online portfolios.
- Collaborate with the social media team by providing relevant client and industry data.
- Track all communications, follow-ups, and conversion activities within the CRM system.
- Conduct market research to discover new sectors, upcoming developments, and high-potential clients including offices, clinics, and showrooms.
- Prepare weekly reports detailing outreach efforts, meetings held, and outcomes achieved.
- Work closely with design and marketing teams to customize pitches and proposals.
- Attend in-person client meetings as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with confidence in engaging C-level executives and other decision-makers.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn and digital communication platforms.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the city for client meetings.
