We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Recruitment Officer to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruitment Officer will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process; including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs. This role requires strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, along with a deep understanding of recruitment best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings for potential candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for current and future openings.
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Work closely with department managers and team leads to understand staffing requirements.
- Provide support in preparing job descriptions and specifications.
- Assist in interview processes, providing input on candidate suitability.
- Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Negotiate salary and benefits packages in alignment with company policies.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment and hiring policies, including compliance with labor laws and regulations.
