- Promote and sell NC Paints' products to prospective and existing customers within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, contractors, and other stakeholders in the paint industry.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, and provide regular updates to the sales manager or management team.
- Collect and report competitor information on pricing and promotional activities to management.
- Respond to complaints from customers and provide after-sales support when requested.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Organize customer and counter staff training as per the target set.
- Ensure the availability of products and promotional materials to dealers and customers.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage debts owed and maintain customer ledgers in line with company policy.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and measure their effectiveness.
- Ensure proper visibility of products at counters and retail locations.
- Participate in public relations activities to enhance brand presence.
