UI / UX Designer

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who will be instrumental in designing user interfaces and creating an exceptional user experience for our digital products. This role involves a blend of creative visual design and usability optimization, ensuring that all digital interactions are intuitive and aesthetically appealing.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and understand user workflows and challenges, developing, testing, and refining designs that address user needs effectively.
Work closely with teams from product management, engineering, marketing, and strategic planning to establish and realize a visionary end-goal for new features or product.
Build prototypes for user experience testing and to facilitate communication within the team.
Engage with multiple teams across the company to deliver a unified and seamless experience on our dashboard.
Perform user experience research to validate design choices prior to final implementation.
Actively participate with our design systems group to utilize, evaluate, and enhance existing page templates and components.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or relevant field.
A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in UI/UX design for digital products or services.
A strong portfolio of UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms, including social media poster designs.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision, and other relevant design software.
Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to also work independently.
Strong multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
