We’re looking for experienced Dispatcher who are reliable, proactive, and professional.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent spoken and written English (near-native level)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of basic computer tools (email, Excel, Google Sheets, tracking platforms)
Previous dispatching or trucking industry experience is a huge plus
Ability to multitask, solve problems quickly, and stay calm under pressure
Flexible schedule (availability during Canadian time zones)
Role Responsibilities:
Coordinate trucks, drivers, and shipments across North America
Communicate with clients and drivers via phone, email, WhatsApp
Track, update, and manage delivery schedules in real time
Provide accurate updates and problem-solving support
