We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Finance Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in financial management. This role requires a dynamic leader with exceptional financial acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive financial performance in a global context.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements.
- Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organizational goals.
- Collaborate with international teams to align financial objectives and ensure seamless communication.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis and projections.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in financial management, preferably within the chemical distribution or related industry.
- Proven track record of leading financial operations in a multinational or international environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is essential for effective communication within our global team.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
