We are a well-established company specializing in Hajj & Umrah travel services, known for delivering reliable and spiritually enriching pilgrimage packages. As our client base continues to grow, we are looking to expand our Sales Team by hiring motivated and customer-focused Sales-Oriented Call Center Representatives. In this role, you will engage with potential clients, understand their travel requirements, and confidently present tailored pilgrimage packages. This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a clear and fluent accent, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls and respond promptly to inbound inquiries.
- Promote Hajj & Umrah travel packages clearly and confidently.
- Assess customer needs and recommend the most suitable packages.
- Follow up with leads to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.
- Stay informed about travel regulations, visa requirements, and current promotions.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Fluency in English and Urdu with a clear accent; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Strong sales orientation with a genuine desire to assist customers.
- Previous experience in telesales, call centers, or the travel industry is preferred.
- Confidence, patience, and a positive attitude in a performance-driven environment.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore, Pakistan, with a 9-hour shift schedule. Candidates should be able to reliably commute to or plan to relocate to Johar Town, Lahore before starting. The expected start date for this role is June 27, 2025.
