We, a US-based company have an exciting opportunity for you to kickstart your career as Business Development Executive. The business development executive will be responsible for finding new clients and retaining existing clients, and managing the development of new leads in the US, through a variety of techniques such as personalized email marketing and platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Fiver, etc.

We are looking for individuals who are competitive, driven, strong communicators, and consistently practice refining their skill set.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, including conducting meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Understand client needs and requirements, and tailor solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify potential growth areas.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and other relevant documents.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth for the company.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and progress towards goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts to leverage for business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field along with 1-2 years of experience.
  • Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in the IT industry
  • Strong knowledge of the service delivery industry, including key players, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive for achieving targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
  • Work according to different time zones.

Job Timings: 10 am - 7 pm, Monday to Friday
