As a Junior/Senior Sales Partner at Pakpaisa, you will drive sales and play a critical role in offering our services in Call Center Solutions, Digital Marketing, and Graphic design. You'll be responsible for generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.

2. Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients.

3. Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

4. Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct client presentations and lead negotiations to close deals.

5. CRM Management & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities and provide regular reports.

6. Market Research: Analyze trends and identify new sales opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in any related field
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer-facing roles.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to use CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented.

Working Conditions:

Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Morning Shift)

Compensation: Competitive base salary with performance-based commissions.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
