We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our most important clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management within the food industry, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

Description of Tasks:

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met and they remain loyal to the company.
Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, and propose solutions that meet their objectives.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and ensure mutual satisfaction.
Address and resolve any issues or complaints from key clients promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction.
Serve as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams, ensuring timely and successful delivery of products and services.

List of Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management or sales, preferably in the food industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of current food industry trends and market dynamics.
Familiarity with supply chain and logistics in the food sector.
