We are looking for a vigilant and detail-oriented Security Surveillance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring live and recorded video feeds to ensure the safety and security of the premises. This role involves operating CCTV cameras, identifying suspicious activities, and responding promptly to any security incidents. The position is full-time, requires on-site presence, and offers a competitive monthly salary starting from Rs30,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live and recorded video footage to detect and respond to suspicious behavior or potential security threats.
- Operate and manage CCTV cameras and related surveillance equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and coverage at all times.
- Accurately document and report all security incidents and unusual activities to the appropriate authorities in a timely manner.
- Respond quickly to alarms or security breaches by alerting relevant personnel and taking necessary actions to mitigate risks.
- Maintain detailed records of surveillance activities, incidents, and responses during each shift for accountability and review.
- Collaborate closely with security teams and other stakeholders to maintain a coordinated and effective security system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to surveillance equipment, coordinating with the IT department when necessary.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in security surveillance or a related field.

This role requires a proactive individual with strong observational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Candidates must be comfortable working on-site and handling security equipment with professionalism and discretion.
