We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented HR Manager to manage the full spectrum of human resources functions. This includes overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment, enhancing company culture, and supporting our mission to create authentic, inspiring content. You will work remotely and collaborate closely with the leadership team to ensure the company continues to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
Build a strong employer brand to promote Chai With Chaters as an attractive workplace.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the company’s values.
Organize virtual team-building activities, events, and engagement initiatives to keep employees motivated and connected.
Performance Management:
Lead the performance appraisal process, helping managers set clear goals and providing constructive feedback.
Address performance issues and implement strategies to improve productivity.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and professional development.
Collaborate with department heads to create development plans for team members.
Compliance & HR Policies:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations in all operational regions.
Maintain and update company policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
HR Administration:
Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and other HR operations.
Conduct new hire onboarding and offboarding processes efficiently.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Generalist, or similar role (preferably in a creative industry or startup environment).
Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with employees at all levels.
Ability to work independently and manage HR operations remotely.
Experience in talent acquisition and managing the full recruitment cycle.
High level of organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Familiarity with HR software and performance management tools.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
