Chatbot Developer (Full-Stack)

We are looking for a skilled Chatbot Developer to lead the development of an AI-driven, interactive chatbot platform. This full-time, on-site role involves building comprehensive full-stack applications with a strong focus on conversational AI integration. The successful candidate will have expertise in both frontend and backend development, combined with practical experience working with large language models and speech processing technologies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to deliver a smooth and engaging user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces using React.
- Develop and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs utilizing Node.js and contemporary backend frameworks.
- Integrate AI chatbot functionalities by leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Mistral, LLaMA, or equivalent technologies.
- Implement Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech features using tools like Whisper, FasterWhisper, or Piper.
- Ensure the platform delivers real-time performance, high availability, and secure user interactions.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, AI/ML engineers, and project managers to continuously enhance the user experience.
- Perform thorough code reviews, optimize application performance, and resolve production issues to maintain system reliability.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI chatbot systems or working with LLM APIs.
- Familiarity with open-source speech processing tools such as Whisper, FasterWhisper, or Piper is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication mechanisms, and both relational and non-relational databases.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset for problem-solving.
- Experience in developing secure, scalable, and real-time applications is preferred.
