Job Description:

We seek an experienced, proactive, highly skilled Web Developer and SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage five companies' web development, website maintenance, SEO, and social media content creation. This remote position offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact across multiple businesses.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in WordPress, website development, SEO (including keyword research), and social media management. You must also be available on demand to respond promptly to the companies' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Development and Maintenance:

Design, develop, and maintain websites using WordPress tailored to each company's unique needs.
Ensure all websites are optimized for speed, performance, and mobile responsiveness.
Regularly update and troubleshoot websites to ensure seamless functionality.
Integrate plugins and tools to enhance website performance and user experience.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities for improved rankings and organic traffic.
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including on-page and off-page optimization.
Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs and provide actionable insights.
Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.

Social Media Content Creation:

Designed and created visually appealing social media content using Canva or similar tools.
Manage and post content across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity and voice across all platforms.
Monitor social media engagement and adjust strategies to boost reach, impressions, and conversions.

General Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to align with the goals of each company.
Be available on-demand to address urgent web or social media needs.
To optimize performance, continuously learn and implement new technologies, tools, and trends.
Provide monthly reports on website and social media performance metrics.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in WordPress development and website maintenance, with a portfolio of completed projects.
Advanced knowledge of SEO strategies, including keyword research, technical SEO, and link building.
Proficiency in Canva and a solid understanding of graphic design principles.
Experience managing and growing social media accounts on multiple platforms.
High computer literacy and familiarity with various web-based tools and platforms.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
Certifications in SEO, WordPress, or digital marketing are highly desirable.
Experience working with multiple clients or companies simultaneously is a strong advantage.
