Cipher Developments Pvt Ltd Lahore is a dynamic software development company, committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Graphic Designer / Illustrator to join our team and ensure the highest standards in customer interactions.

Responsibilities:

Create high-quality graphic designs, Vector Icons, illustrations, and animations that align with project goals and brand aesthetics.
Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral.
Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines.
Perform retouching and manipulation of images.
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/After Effects.
Strong knowledge of web graphics/ UI/UX (figma/Adobe XD).
Creating Mockups before and after.
Excellent knowledge of Pantone colors, fonts and layout.
Knowledge of CMYK and RGB.
Video Editing skills is a plus.

Qualifications:

4 years plus of job experience in graphic design.
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, communications, or related field from reputable university.
A compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects will be required (behance/dribble etc).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary:

100,000 to 150,000 PKR based on experience.
