Circuit and System Control/Software Development - JAPAN POSITION

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and test control software using languages such as C, C++, C#, Python, MATLAB/Simulink, VC++, and Java.
- Develop and maintain software algorithms specifically tailored for manufacturing automation systems.
- Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC systems to ensure smooth integration and improved reliability with manufacturing equipment.
- Develop and integrate circuit and control systems to support advanced manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to implement innovative technical solutions.
- Perform simulations using MATLAB/Simulink to validate system designs and conduct rigorous testing to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation for all software and system developments.
- Present progress updates and technical findings clearly to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with less than a 4-year college diploma are also encouraged to apply.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in circuit and control system development.
- Proficiency in programming languages including C, C++, C#, Python, MATLAB/Simulink, VC++, and Java.
- Strong experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with manufacturing industry standards and relevant tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural environment.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Candidates with JLPT N5, N4, or higher levels of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test will be prioritized and directly shortlisted. However, non-Japanese speakers who are willing to learn the language are also encouraged to apply.
