We are looking for a capable and experienced Production Manager to lead a key Section within our production function. This is a strategic role focused on optimizing planning, ensuring operational efficiency and guiding a team toward excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all activities within the Section.

• Develop and implement effective production schedules and workflow systems.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of plans.

• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in productivity and quality.

• Lead, mentor, and support the section team to meet daily targets and long-term goals.

• Identify and resolve planning or scheduling issues proactively.

• Ensure alignment with company policies, compliance standards, and customer requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in production or planning roles, with proven leadership capabilities.

• Strong command of planning tools/software (ERP/SAP or similar platforms).

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills.
